HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PIPE DRILLING MACHINE


​The HYDRAULIC SYSTEM pipe drilling machine is made of double zinc plated high quality steel with main sliding shafts and side shafts of chromium plated steel.
The drilling machine has been designed and built in order to make hole on gas and water pipe-lines in low and middle pressure condition.
The machine is given a system of automatic control of drilling pressure, run by an adjustable spring.
The pressure seal is guaranteed by an O-Ring, while the body machine is protected by a lip-seal inserted in the bush.
In order to guaranteed the safety of all operations of drilling an air valve and a safety stop are placed on the machine body.
The connection between the machine and the pipe is guaranteed by a rubber wedge-valve for section on gas line durind cut operactions.
