​FABRICATED ADAPTORS & COUPLINGS

​Cascade can offer a wide range of fabricated flange adaptors and couplings for most common pipe materials. 
These can be made to be dedicated (+/- 3mm) or with a wider tolerance dependent on application and working pressure. 
Our flange adaptors can also be notched to suit tie bars for anchoring as pictured below, used on a hydro project on steel pipe. 
Specifications
  • PN16 and PN25 flanges and working pressures. 
  • Supplied with galvanised fixings (stainless on request.)
  • WRAS approved EPDM seals. 
  • WRAS approved blue epoxy coat or red oxide/scotch coat on request. 
  • Constructed of high quality grade steel S275.
