The Quick range - Steel/black steel & pe pipe

The Quick universal compression fitting for steel, black steel and PE pipes. This range of fittings are for water, gas compressed air and oil and are suitable for heat. 
Temperature:

• Gas: -20 degrees to +70 degrees C. (for steel pipes).
• Water: -20 degrees up to 80 degrees C (for steel pipes in heating systems). 
• Drinking water: cold water area up to 25 degrees C, compressed air 70 degrees C. 

​Pipe Types: 

• PE pipe: HDPE, PE 80, PE100 - SDR11 conforming to DIN 8074 and 8075 DVGW, PEXa - SDR11. 
• Steel & black steel pipe: Series 1, 2 and 3, DIN EN 10255, DIN 2440, 2441, 2442 and DIN 2448/2458. 

​The Quick range comprises of female, male couplings, straight couplings, elbows and tee pieces. 

         Pressure capabilities. 

• Gas: 5 Bar.
• Water: 10 Bar.
• Compressed air: 10 Bar.

The Cascade Quick Range Copper adaptors and couplings are dedicated for use on Copper pipe. For use on the conveyance of potable water and heating systems to 80*c. Additionally these fittings can be used on compressed air. 
Temperature:

• Water: -20 degrees up to 80 degrees C. 
• Drinking water: cold water area up to 25 degrees C, compressed air 70 degrees C. ​

The Quick Range Multi - Pipe fittings for steel, black steel and PE pipes. This range of fittings are for water, gas, compressed air and oil and are suitable for heat. 
Temperature:

• Gas: -20 degrees to +70 degrees C. (for steel & PE pipes). [Non banded and green banded fittings suitable only]
• Water: -20 degrees up to 80 degrees C (for steel pipes in heating systems). 
• Drinking water: cold water area up to 25 degrees C, compressed air 70 degrees C.

• PE pipe: HDPE, PE 80, PE100 - SDR11 conforming to DIN 8074 and 8075 DVGW, PEXa - SDR11.

Steel pipe repair/Tapping clamp

Cascade steel pipe repair clamps, dedicated to steel O/D's and easy to install thanks to the four hex key bolts. The steel pipe repairs are suitable for potable drinking water and will handle domestic heating applications as standard. 
Cascade can install at additional cost a VITON gasket which will enable the fitting to reach temperatures to 230 degrees C. 
The range also consists of tapping saddle versions, allowing connections to be made under pressure in a heating network. 

Specifications:

• Malleable iron body.
• Stainless Steel hex/Allen key bolts.
• EPDM gasket. 
• PWP 16 bar. 
• Also available with outlet for tapping.

CK GRIP / Grip E

---

Cascade CK GRIP and GRIP E repair couplings can be used for the repair or joining of stainless, steel and cast pipes. Owing to the special design the coupling can withstand high vibration loads. The CK GRIP is also reusable and is shock resistant, thanks to the conically stamped teeth the coupling provides a trouble and maintenance free connection. 

Specifications

• Sizes from 26,9 to 711,2mm OD
• Working pressure of up to 70 bar. 
• Material AISI 304 or AISI 316 Ti. ​
  
• Temp range from -30 to + 125 degrees C.
