REHAU AWADUKT SEWER PIPE SYSTEMS PP SN10
The meaningfulness of many a standard or regulation is of course open to discussion. However, the benefit of standards is undisputed in the area of technical products. The current revision of the European Standard DIN EN 1852-1 from June 2009 illustrates this.
In the standard it is clear to the user that this ex- clusively defines filler-free, solid wall polypropylene pipes. The term “solid wall pipe without filler" is now defined to the effect that the same soft material composition (unfilled polypropylene) must exist across the whole pipe wall. In addition to this, the trend for particularly high ring stiffness is satisfied and the rigidity class SN16 has been included for the highest static and dynamic loads. High quality, pure polypropylene, without the addition of fillers to DIN EN 1852 is used in the manufacture of REHAU AWADUKT HPP/ AWADUKT PP SN10 heavy duty sewer pipes, fittings and chambers.
